The size of the EA can be described as tiny being only a football size of 7-15 kg. The function of the EA is to perform close-up camera inspection of a SO at all external surfaces and solar panels, from one side to the other. It is risk free because of the small kinetic energy potential and the small mass, as well as the shape and external surface covers. It relays the video signals through a CS up-Link channel or through the UA link capabilities. With respect to its whereabouts of the EA it needs to be ported to the inspection target by a UA. It can then navigate around the SO to inspect or to assists a UA in docking.
